We manufacture custom end effectors and fixturing tools for your automation process.
Our specialty is molding contoured silicone gripper fingers bonded to aluminum or steel for mounting your gripper. The backing can be hard coat anodized for use in clean room applications. Our fixtures can be chrome plated or you can specify exotic coatings like Polyond® plating.
Special mounting or air/suction holes needed? Not a problem!
We’ve even developed dovetails that secure with a single set screw, making maintenance and replacement easy and fast.
Once we have your molds designed or your CNC machining specifications, reorders including recoating of custom backings are quick and easy.
